Help! My New PC Won’t Display Anything on My Monitors

I just set up my brand new desktop PC, but I'm hitting a major snag: my monitors are showing a "No Signal" message. I've tried connecting two different monitors, and the result is the same. The only troubleshooting step I've taken so far is reseating the RAM. Just to clarify, my HDMI cable is connected directly to the GPU and not the motherboard. Any ideas on what might be causing this?

There could be multiple issues here. First off, can you confirm if you're working with a laptop or a desktop? Since you mentioned it's a desktop, please share the CPU and GPU details, that can help narrow things down.

Of course, it’s a desktop. The CPU is the AMD Ryzen 7 8000 Series, and my GPU is the AMD Radeon RX 7600.
