Why is my i9 14900k causing a bottleneck with my RTX 4090?

Hey everyone! I recently built a gaming rig with an i9 14900k and an RTX 4090. I've been testing it out with various games and noticed that I'm experiencing a severe CPU bottleneck, showing 100/99% CPU usage. I've tried several tweaks to improve the performance and get the GPU to take the lead, but I'm still stuck with this bottleneck. Additionally, my CPU heats up to around 90 degrees during gaming sessions and even sits at around 50 degrees when idle. I'm concerned that this heat is affecting my gaming performance. Any insights or tips?

It sounds like you might be playing games that are really CPU intensive! Temperatures of 90 degrees under load and 50 at idle are pretty standard for Intel CPUs, especially the newer generations. You might just be hitting a limit with how demanding some games can be on the CPU at 4K resolution.

I get that, Warzone is super CPU-heavy. If your CPU keeps hitting 97 degrees, that might be causing throttling, which could make performance suffer even more.
