I've noticed that my RTX 4070S GPU reaches 53°C when it's idle after gaming sessions, but it spikes up to 67°C under maximum load. Is this temperature range considered normal, or should I be concerned?

Those temps are actually pretty normal! 67°C under load is fine, and 53°C when idle is not something to worry about at all.
67°C on load is definitely acceptable. If it helps, my GPU cools down to around 30°C when I turn off the PC, even if it was higher before.
Yeah, those are good temperatures. After you finish gaming, let your GPU cool down. It should drop back to the 30s once you're done, which is perfectly fine.
