Help with RDR2 Graphics Glitches

I've been experiencing some pretty frustrating graphics glitches in Red Dead Redemption 2. As I get closer to certain objects, they flicker, and I notice that some lights blink too. It's even worse when I move the camera; I see cups on tables just disappearing and reappearing out of nowhere. I don't really have a clue what's causing this since I'm able to run other games like Assassin's Creed and Cyberpunk at 4K Ultra without any issues. Can anyone help me figure this out? My setup is pretty recent—an Area 51 PC with a 5090 GPU, paired with an Alienware 32-inch 4K QDOLED 240Hz monitor.
