I've just finished building my first PC, and everything seems to be running fine for now. However, I have a few concerns that I'd like to get some input on. First, I'm a bit anxious about whether the GPU power cable might touch the bottom fan, though it hasn't happened yet.
Now, onto my main questions:
1. My CPU temperatures typically hover around 30–40°C with a liquid cooler, but I've seen it spike to around 50°C while browsing the web with an app running in the background. Is this normal, or should I be worried since a liquid cooler is supposed to keep things cooler?
2. I've experienced a weird moment when my PC didn't detect any WiFi for about 10 minutes, but the connection came back on its own. What could have caused that?
3. Finally, do I need to install all drivers from the motherboard's site? I've already downloaded the NVIDIA GPU driver and the AMD chipset driver, but I'm not sure about the other drivers like the LAN and others. Any advice would be appreciated!

Idle temps aren't a huge deal; you should really monitor your temps under load. The WiFi issue might have been a driver failing for a moment or some background service acting up—if it only happened once, I'd let it slide. And yes, you definitely want to install all the drivers from your motherboard’s page. Grab the GPU drivers directly from the manufacturer too for the best performance!
What CPU and cooler are you using? I wouldn't stress about the 50°C you're seeing; more importantly, check under load when you're gaming. As for the WiFi issue, it could have just been a temporary hiccup with your ISP. Also, make sure your LAN driver is updated—it could help with stability.
I'm using a 9800X3D with a Kraken 360 non-elite cooler. I haven't updated the LAN drivers yet.
I've noticed it can spike up to 80°C during shader installations or when booting up games, but never higher than that.
