I'm in the market for a new GPU but I'm feeling a bit lost. I found some 5060 Ti 16GB cards for around £400, which seems like a solid deal, but I've heard mixed reviews about their performance. The 5070 is definitely out of my budget, and it's frustrating that last-gen cards are still priced similarly to the current ones. I'd prefer NVIDIA cards, but if the RX series has improved significantly—especially in ray tracing—I could consider switching to one of those. Any advice?

You might want to hold off for a few days and see if the RX 9060 XT drops. It could be a good upgrade!
Just a heads up, if your motherboard is PCIe 3.0, using the 5060 Ti could mean a slight performance dip—around 4%. Just something to consider before making a choice!
Thanks for the tip! I'm actually starting a completely new build since my old setup just died due to cooling issues. This time I plan on getting an AIO cooler and a good case!
I'm also gaming at 1440p, so I'm hesitant about getting a GPU with only a 128-bit bus. I want to make sure it can handle my settings well.
