Hey everyone! I've run into a bit of a problem with my Anker C200 USB webcam and microphone. This morning, my computer just stopped detecting it completely. I'm running Windows 11, and I've tried using several different USB cables, but no sound notification or anything happens when I plug it in. Oddly enough, the webcam works perfectly fine on my laptop, which is running Windows 10. I've also tried updating both Windows and all my drivers, but nothing seems to help. This is quite frustrating since I usually fix my tech issues without trouble. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Have you checked Device Manager to see if the webcam shows up there? Sometimes it helps to take a screenshot and share it. If there’s no sign of it at all, it might help to try different USB ports or check for any hardware conflicts. Hang in there!
You could try plugging the webcam into another computer or even booting into a Linux Live environment. If it works there, you might just need to reinstall Windows on your main machine to resolve any software conflicts.
I did mention it works fine on my laptop, which is frustrating because it points to a problem with my main system!
This sounds a lot like something that happened to me after a Windows 11 update. My old Logitech webcam stopped being recognized too! It seems like there are a few users having similar issues post-update. Have you noticed if your system updated recently?
Yes, it seems like my issues started around the same time as an update, but I thought it might just be a coincidence.
Unfortunately, it doesn't show up at all when I plug it in. I’ve tried numerous cables and ports, but still nothing. It's really starting to frustrate me!
