My First PC Build Won’t Boot – Need Help!

Hey everyone! I've been trying for two days to put together my first PC, and I'm really stuck. I've got an ASRock B550m motherboard, a Ryzen 7 5700x processor, 32GB of Kingbank RAM (2x 16GB), a Maxsun Radeon RX 580 GPU, and a SAMA 750W modular gold PSU. I've connected everything, and the system turns on, but I don't get any display. I'm currently using a cardboard box as a temporary case since I don't have one yet. Any tips or advice would be super appreciated!

Check that the front panel connections are correct. It’s easy to connect one in the wrong spot, which can prevent the system from starting up.

The front panel connections? What do you mean by that?

Did you check if your monitor cable is plugged into the GPU and not the motherboard? I made that mistake once!

Yeah, I plugged the HDMI into the GPU since my CPU doesn't have integrated graphics. Should I try plugging it into the motherboard instead?

Did you install the RAM according to the motherboard's instructions? Some boards have specific slots you should use.

There are only two slots, so I thought it wouldn't matter what order I put them in.

Make sure you pressed the power switch on the PSU itself. It sounds simple, but I’ve overlooked that before!

I did press that, so it should be good!
