The Ryzen 5800X3D is indeed the best AM4 CPU for your setup. It pairs perfectly with the 4080 Super, and given that AM4 has no more upgrades left, once you install this combo, you should be good for a few years. Just keep in mind that this might be your system until you decide to upgrade later on.
