Trouble Syncing Email Accounts in Windows 10 Mail

I've hit a snag with my email setup and could use some advice. I know my way around tech issues, but this one has me stumped. I'm using Windows 10 and the built-in 'Mail' app (not Outlook), and I've got about a dozen email accounts. Recently, around last Wednesday, two of my work email accounts (both Office 365) just stopped syncing.

I've tried removing and re-adding them, but that hasn't worked. Since these are 'managed' accounts, I can't adjust the port numbers or make any significant changes. Oddly enough, my other email accounts are still functioning without any issues, and these particular accounts still work fine on my mobile device.

I reached out to my workplace IT, but their only suggestion was to 'reformat and reinstall', which seems more extreme than necessary, especially since everything else is working properly. I've thought about upgrading to Outlook to potentially solve the issue, but I'd prefer to avoid that if possible. Any suggestions on what I can do?

Have you considered giving the New Outlook a shot? It's available for free in the Microsoft Store. I know it feels like a downgrade to switch from Mail, but it might help get those accounts back online.

I get that suggestion, but honestly, I really love the simplicity of Mail. It looks nice and is user-friendly. Outlook feels so bulky by comparison. It's frustrating because I feel like Microsoft is nudging me towards upgrading for no good reason, especially when I want to stick with what works.
