I've been facing some serious issues with my PC lately. Every time I start gaming—whether it's World of Warcraft, Counter Strike 2, or any other game—I end up with a black screen on both my monitors. The sound continues for a few seconds before the system restarts. I haven't noticed this problem while just browsing the internet or idling, but gaming always triggers it.
To fix this, I've tried a bunch of things, including updating my BIOS, rolling back to an older version, clean installing my GPU drivers, and even going back to version 566.36. I've reinstalled my chipset drivers, disabled Memory Training in the BIOS, and stress-tested my PC, which handled the load fine. The crashes only happen during gaming sessions.
I'm running a Ryzen 7 9800x3d, RTX 3060ti, CL36 6000MHz RAM (32GB), and an MSI Tomahawk B650 MAG Wifi motherboard. In the Event Viewer, I keep seeing an error linked to nvlddmkm with IDs 13, 14, or 153.
I'm really desperate for a solution, so any help would be greatly appreciated!

I suggest checking the permissions on your nvlddmkm.sys file. Go to system32, find the file, right-click on it, select properties, then head to the security tab. Ensure that you have full control enabled under user permissions. I saw this fix mentioned on a forum and it worked for a lot of folks! Good luck!
I tried this before and unfortunately, it didn't resolve my problem.
Thanks for the tip! I'll give that a shot!
