I'm having trouble with my headset where I can't hear sounds and use the microphone at the same time. I can only choose one or the other, which is frustrating. I know the headset works because it's been updated and functions on other devices. I'm using a wired headset with my PC running Windows 11.

Have you tried testing your headset on another device to see if the problem persists? Also, could you tell us the model and age of your headset? It sounds like you might need to recheck if everything's set up correctly for Windows 11.
I've had it set to the headset, but I'm not sure if there might be other settings I missed. It works fine on some other devices. It's a bit older, maybe a couple of years.
