I'm curious about the stability of the latest version of macOS. I'm currently on Ventura and while I'm aware of the new features, they don't seem super important to me. Should I go ahead and upgrade? I'd appreciate your thoughts on this, especially regarding stability—particularly whether it's stable on newer hardware like the M1 Pro.

If your hardware supports the latest update, I'd definitely say it's worth it! Unless you rely on specific apps that need Ventura, go for the upgrade!
I used to hold back on updates because of concerns over stability, but nowadays, I just update automatically. It’s all about security with the malware threats we face.
I hear you! Stability has never really been an issue for me with macOS, even going back to Leopard. I've always found it more reliable than Windows. I suggest sticking with the latest version available on supported hardware—it usually helps with security, too!
It really depends on your model. If you're running an M1 Pro like you mentioned, you're good to go with the update!
