Help! My Alt Key Seems Stuck on My Integrated Keyboard

Recently, while playing League of Legends with friends, I accidentally pressed Alt + Enter, and now it seems like my Alt key is stuck in the 'pressed' position. I've uninstalled my notebook's keyboard drivers three times, but the issue persists. I've also confirmed it's not a hardware issue since I have both an integrated keyboard (the problem keyboard) and an external one that works fine. Here are some things I've noticed:

- Pressing certain keys like H, E, or `~ temporarily seems to relieve the sticky Alt effect, but only while I hold them down.
- When I Alt + Tab on the external keyboard, it resets the problem, and I can use that keyboard without issues, but I still want to fix the integrated keyboard.
- If I type quickly on the integrated keyboard, the issue returns, and I have to Alt + Tab again.
- At some point, I started needing to press other button combinations to release the stuck Alt; I've even had to use Pg Up and Pg Down.
- Sticky Keys is off, and I've tried changing the keyboard language, but nothing has helped. Restarting doesn't fix it either.
- Oddly, even after uninstalling the keyboard driver, I can still type. My notebook is a few years old, and I'm hoping to find a solution rather than just relying on the external keyboard.

It sounds like your integrated keyboard might have suffered some damage, which can happen if a key gets stuck due to mechanical issues. Have you tried physically disconnecting the integrated keyboard from the motherboard to see if the problem persists when using just the external keyboard? This could help narrow down if it’s a software problem or a hardware issue.

The external keyboard works fine, but I can try disconnecting the integrated one. How do I go about doing that?
