I've got a Samsung Galaxy A13, and it's been incredibly slow lately. My internal storage is nearly full at about 90%, and I'm not sure if this is normal for the phone. Switching between apps and even just pressing the home button takes forever. I'm really confused about what could be causing all this lag. Any ideas or suggestions?

If clearing storage doesn’t help, back up your important files and consider doing a factory reset. This can really clear out any clutter that might be slowing things down. Just a thought, but some people also feel like newer updates intentionally slow down older devices to encourage upgrades.
First off, I definitely feel for you! If your storage is 90% full, that could be a big part of the issue. Phones tend to slow down when they get close to full capacity since there's less space for apps to operate efficiently. Maybe try deleting some unused apps or files? It could make a noticeable difference!
Hey, just a heads-up, the A13 is an entry-level device and it’s been out for a while. If it’s struggling, it might not just be about storage. Keeping too many background apps running can also slow it down. Consider closing those apps you don’t need!
Good point! Closing background apps helps a lot, especially on older models. Might want to give that a shot.
Totally agree! A cluttered storage can seriously affect performance. Clearing out some space should help speed things up.
