Hey everyone! I'm considering picking up a 9060 XT 16GB for $452. I know it's priced above the MSRP, but it seems like that's the norm these days. For reference, the 7800 XT is going for around $595 in my area, which is about 32% more expensive than the 9060 XT. The 5060 Ti 16GB is also priced similarly to the 7800 XT. Given the current market prices, does the 9060 XT seem like the best value option?

In my opinion, the 9060 XT 16GB and the 5060 Ti 16GB are pretty much on par, but the 5060 Ti has a slight edge—around 10%, especially if you're into ray tracing since it supports DLSS. However, at the current prices, the 9060 XT does seem like a solid value, especially with FSR 4 becoming more prevalent in games.

You also might want to think about OptiScaler for the 7800 XT; it could help with FSR 4 performance. I've seen some benchmarks that put the 9060 XT and 5060 Ti a lot closer than that 10% gap. Also, the 7800 XT generally shows about 15-17% better performance in FPS. It’s tough, though, especially if you’re targeting a 1440p 180 Hz setup and you have a budget to stick with after just graduating!
