I'm looking to upgrade my current setup from an RX 580 8GB and an i3 8350K to an RX 6750 XT and a Ryzen 7 5700X. Is this a decent upgrade? Should I consider swapping more components or is this enough?

I think you're making a solid choice going for the RX 6750 XT and Ryzen 7 5700X. However, if you can stretch your budget, going AM5 and using something like a Ryzen 5 7600X could give you better performance long-term!
If you want the best bang for your buck, I'd recommend considering an AM5 setup with CPUs like the 7500F or 8400F, plus RAM with at least 5200MHz CL 40 if your budget allows it.
I totally get that, though! AM5 is definitely on the pricier side with the motherboards and RAM. Just stick with your plan if you can’t swing it right now.
