I'm an Overwatch player and I've been trying to figure out how to get the lowest latency when using G-Sync with V-Sync and Reflex+Boost. I watched multiple videos and read posts about this low latency setup, which should let me cap my FPS at something below my monitor's refresh rate (which is around 180fps for me), but I only see my FPS capped at 180 instead of, say, 171 or something lower. I've tried enabling V-Sync and Reflex both through the Nvidia app and in-game, but nothing seems to work. There's a demonstration of what I'm talking about in this video: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5mWMP96UdGU](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5mWMP96UdGU).

I was in a similar situation. When I set G-Sync, V-Sync, and Reflex+Boost all together, I noticed my FPS could sometimes cap right at my monitor's refresh rate. You might want to check your Nvidia Control Panel settings as well. Make sure that the V-Sync is set to 'managed by application' and that LLM is set to off. I also experienced a huge difference when I manually capped my FPS a bit lower than what my monitor could handle.
Have you tried adjusting your in-game Maximum Frame Rate to something lower than your monitor's refresh rate? Sometimes that setting needs to be manually adjusted to see the changes in performance with G-Sync and V-Sync working together.
