Is 80% Memory Usage Normal with Just One Browser Tab?

I've been noticing that my memory usage hovers around 78% with only one tab open in my browser, whether it's Chrome, Edge, or Firefox, and the only extension I have active is Bitwarden. I have 16 GB of RAM on my Samsung Galaxybook4 360 running Windows 11. I'm not particularly tech-savvy, so I'm wondering if that's normal or if I should be worried. I was checking the memory because my computer has been running slowly, and I've been told this level of usage seems high. By the way, my motherboard was replaced about 9 months ago, so it's relatively new.

It might not be as bad as it seems! Windows uses RAM for caching, which means it loads frequently used apps into memory, making them faster to access. Check your task manager to see if it's genuinely in use or just cached memory.

I noticed the same thing! Here's a screenshot of what my task manager shows. But I only had three tabs open this time—do you think that changes things?
