Why isn’t my NVIDIA Quadro RTX 3000 being detected?

I need some help with my Dell Precision 7540 laptop. Out of the blue, my NVIDIA Quadro RTX 3000 isn't being detected, and my laptop is using the integrated Intel UHD Graphics 630 instead. Just yesterday, everything was fine—I was playing Resident Evil 2 without a hitch. Now, in Device Manager, I only see the Quadro when I choose to view hidden devices, and there's no option to enable it. I've tried updating the BIOS, doing a system recovery, and running SFC and DISM scans, but nothing seems to work. I took my laptop with me for a couple of days, and after returning, this issue just popped up. I'm not sure if movement could have caused something, but any suggestions on how to fix this would be really appreciated!

Have you tried reinstalling your GPU drivers? Sometimes it's just a driver issue and a fresh install can fix it.

I did, but the installer failed because it said no NVIDIA GPU detected.
