Finding Hope After Feeling Lost at 34

I've been feeling increasingly down lately, and at 34 years old, I don't have kids or a stable career yet. This has made me question my life's worth and even contemplate suicide. However, after pouring my heart out to ChatGPT, I found some surprising insights that brought me back from the edge. One major realization was that, despite my past, I actually like the person I've become today. Sure, if I had made different choices in my youth, I might not have grown up as well as I have and could have hurt myself or a potential family. ChatGPT also reminded me that 34 isn't old. I still have time to learn a trade, find a steady job, get married, and perhaps have kids in the future.

34 is just a number! I had my first child at 42 and I'm thrilled! Life can unfold in ways you wouldn't expect. Just stay positive and take care of yourself. You've got this!

You're definitely not alone! I was also feeling overwhelmed in my 30s, but I graduated university at 35 and found a career I love. Just focus on what makes you happy and take small steps!

Yes! Each small success builds up. Just focus on making little changes.

Hey, it's great to hear you're feeling better! Just remember, many people have kids and start families later these days. Life is more about the journey than sticking to a certain timeline. You've got plenty of time to figure things out and enjoy yourself!

Exactly! I know a couple who had their first at 35. Times have changed, and so have priorities!
