I'm really new to building PCs and I need some guidance on the best GPU for gaming at 1080p with 60fps, especially for demanding games like Cyberpunk 2077 on high settings with Ray Tracing turned on. My budget is around $1000 for the whole PC, so I'd appreciate any advice!

For your budget, I'd suggest looking into the RTX 3070. It should handle Cyberpunk 2077 at 1080p with high settings quite comfortably, and it'll do a good job with ray tracing as well.
Are you considering used or new parts? Also, where are you located? If you're in the US, places like MicroCenter offer good bundle deals that could save you some cash on the motherboard, CPU, and RAM. Plus, do you already have a monitor or will that need to fit into your budget?
Whether used or new doesn’t really matter to me, I’m based in the UAE and I don’t have a monitor yet.
