I'm having a frustrating issue with my PC's Bluetooth functionality. Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the Bluetooth driver multiple times, my devices such as the GravaStar Mercury M2 mouse and Logitech G733 headset won't show up for pairing. Additionally, my RK Royal Kludge R87 Pro keyboard disconnects after about five minutes. I'm running Windows 11 on a Gigabyte B760M motherboard, and this problem persisted even when I had the same OS on an NZXT N5 Z690 motherboard. Anyone have any ideas?

Have you checked the 'devices' configuration panel to see if the Bluetooth device is listed there? Sometimes it might be disabled or not properly recognized. If it's showing up, it might just need some troubleshooting from there. Let me know if you need help finding that setting!

Yes, the Bluetooth device does show up in the panel.
