There's a bundle available at my local Micro Center featuring a 9700X for $429.99, which seems convenient, but I'm curious if this is the best option or if I should consider other parts individually. I've read that the 9700X might bottleneck the 5070 Ti in some scenarios, especially with high-end titles. My total budget for the build is around $1500, but I can stretch it to $1600 for significant performance gains. I primarily plan on gaming at 1440p to 4K, with some light 3D modeling as a hobby.
