I'm trying to decide between the B580 and the RX 9060 XT for my new PC build. In India, the B580 is priced at around 30,000 rupees (about $350) while the RX 9060 XT costs around 37,000 rupees (about $430). I mostly play story-driven games and occasionally use Blender, so I'm unsure which one would be a better fit for my needs.

If the RX 9060 XT is the 16GB version, I’d definitely recommend going for it. The Intel Battlemage cards have shown improvement recently, but they still might not be as reliable, especially if you’re not looking to experiment too much since it's your first build.
The RX 9060 XT is about 25% more powerful on average, and considering the price difference is similar, they offer comparable value. If the RX 9060 XT is the 16GB version, it's a better long-term choice, but if it's the 8GB model, maybe the B580 would be sufficient for you.
I'd go with the RX 9060 XT. You’ll likely get better driver support and it has more VRAM which can help with your gaming and Blender usage.
