My Samsung Galaxy A15 Won’t Let Me Enter My PIN Code, Help!

I'm having a real issue with my Samsung Galaxy A15. It won't let me type my PIN code anymore – specifically, I can't enter the numbers 1, 2, or 3, which are needed for my passcode. This happened suddenly; it was fine before. I've tried force restarting the phone multiple times, but that hasn't worked. I can't access the factory reset settings since it requires the PIN, and I can't power off the phone without entering the PIN either. Is there anything else I can try before considering a repair shop? Appreciate any help!

Have you thought about connecting a USB-C keyboard or mouse? If you've got either option available, that could help you get into your phone and at least back everything up before trying a factory reset. Wireless options are tricky if you haven’t paired one before, but it’s worth a shot!

Unfortunately, I don’t have a wireless mouse or keyboard. But thanks for the suggestion!

It sounds like it could be a faulty touch screen issue. Using a USB keyboard or mouse seems like the easiest way to get in and back up your data. After that, you could connect it to a computer to save your files.
