What’s the Best MDM for Setting Up Exchange Mail on iPhone and Android BYOD Devices?

I'm looking for an MDM solution that can completely set up an Exchange mailbox on both iPhone and Android BYOD devices without requiring users to enter their credentials. We want the credentials to be managed on the backend so that users can simply access their mailbox seamlessly. Is there any MDM out there that can achieve this? Just to clarify, we plan to push the credentials to the devices using the MDM.

I recommend checking out Workspace ONE UEM. They have a great feature for certificate-based auth with Exchange, at least for on-prem setups. It might also work for Exchange online, but we didn't test that. Using modern authentication can simplify things since it reuses the Authenticator app without asking for credentials.

It’s tricky to manage BYOD without any user intervention. How do you expect the MDM to handle the credentials if the users haven't logged in yet? Are you using shared mailboxes or something similar?

You could try using Blackberry UEM with certificate authentication. It may help streamline the process for Exchange access.
