Looking for Budget-Friendly, Quiet Fans for My PC Build

Hey everyone! I'm in the market for a few case fans to add to my PC build. I'm hoping to find some recommendations for fans that are both quiet and efficient, preferably under $15 CAD each. I've tested a couple of fans included with CPU coolers that I liked for their noise levels: the Arctic P12 (priced at $16.99 CAD) and the Be Quiet Shadow Wings 120 (at $23.99 CAD). Are there any comparable fans at a lower price point?

You might want to check out Thermalright fans. They’re usually a go-to for affordable options. The TL-C12 is similar to the Arctic P12 in terms of cooling performance but costs less. Just be cautious with the TL-S12s since they’re quieter but don’t push as much airflow. Personally, I’d stick with the TL-C12.

I've used Thermalright's B and C series fans, and they're quite cheap and perform well, although they can be a bit noisier than Noctua fans. I can’t really tell the difference, but some people are sensitive to the sound.

I have the TL-K12 and it runs pretty quiet when I'm not using it in the case. I wonder if the mesh panel is restricting airflow and causing the noise. Maybe try checking if it's being held too tightly. If that doesn't work, considering a different mounting approach might help!
