Why Does My PC Keep Crashing While Playing Games?

I've been struggling with my PC crashing specifically while gaming for about a year now. Here's the breakdown:

- In Marvel Rivals, I can only play for about 20 minutes before it crashes, but then I'm usually okay for the rest of my gaming session.
- REPO crashes whenever I'm at a loading screen or the start menu, but I can play the game fine once I get past that.
- Risk of Rain 2 runs flawlessly, even during intense action.
- However, Warhammer Vermintide is nearly unplayable due to frequent crashes.

Recently, I had a crash that caused a blue screen, which I managed to resolve by replacing a faulty drive (thanks to help from this community!). Now, I have a fresh Windows 11 install, but the crash patterns persist. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like your system could be dealing with some underlying issues. First off, you might want to collect the crash dump files. These are essential for diagnosing BSODs (blue screen of death).

Check the C:WindowsMinidump folder for any dump files. If you find some, zip them and upload them to a file-sharing site like catbox.moe or MediaFire. Make sure to follow a guide to configure your system to create Small Memory Dumps for more consistent logging in the future. That way, we can help figure out what's going wrong!

Yeah, definitely grab those dump files. They can really help pinpoint the problem! Also, check your system settings for anything unusual that could cause crashes.

Have you checked your Windows Event Log? Sometimes it gives clues about system crashes. Look for critical errors, especially around the time of your crashes. For example, one error indicates that the system didn't shut down cleanly, which might mean it crashed or lost power unexpectedly. This info can really help narrow it down!

I found a critical error stating the system rebooted unexpectedly. I guess that makes sense for my crashes, but I'm still not sure what the next steps are!
