I've been using a small TV as a monitor for my PC for about a year without any issues, but suddenly it stopped working. I left my PC on while downloading some software and when I came back, the TV was showing 'no signal.' I tested the HDMI cable on other devices, and it worked perfectly fine. I also tried the TV in a different room and it functioned normally there as well. However, when I connect the TV to my PC, none of the three HDMI ports seem to work. I did try a new HDMI cable and switched inputs, but the first input is stuck on 'retrieving data' and the second doesn't work at all. I'm confused as to why this happened out of the blue, especially since everything else is working fine. Any help would be appreciated!

You might want to try using the shortcut Win+P to check your screen setup. Sometimes it defaults back to 'PC screen only.' Have you tried changing it?
It sounds like your TV1 might have issues with the HDMI port, even if it works with other devices. Have you confirmed that TV1 works with something else via HDMI? You might want to try connecting it to another device just to rule that out. Also, could you give me the model of both TVs and tell me if you’re using a dedicated GPU or integrated graphics? This could be a software issue depending on what happened after your software installation.
I checked TV1 with a TV box and it worked fine on both HDMI ports, so it seems those are okay. I’m using an IRIS TV for both, and I only have integrated graphics—no GPU. The last thing I did was download Blender, which should be safe.
Thanks for the info! It looks like the ports are good. It might help to see if the software you downloaded changed any display settings.
Yeah, it's stuck on 'PC screen only' and when I try to change it, it just goes back. Oddly enough, I'm currently using TV2 with 'PC screen only' setup and it works perfectly!
