If you're aiming for a white build with RGB elements, I recommend checking out this setup. It includes a solid AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor and a nice ARCTIC Liquid Freezer for cooling. You might want to consider a white 5070 Ti, but it's a bit pricier right now. Overall, this list comes out to about $2,110, which leaves you some room to play with!
