I'm putting together my first gaming PC build and I'm aiming for 1440p gaming with high frame rates. However, I'm looking for ways to cut down on costs without sacrificing too much performance. Any suggestions? Here's my build link: https://au.pcpartpicker.com/user/Da_Bomba/saved/wbFjJx

You might want to consider skipping the extra fans for the Montech 903 Air Max case. That's an easy $160 saved right there! Also, you could look for a motherboard that’s $50 cheaper without losing important features like Wi-Fi.
Check out the MSI website for a 5080; you could snag it for about $400 less than other retailers. That could really help with your overall budget!
I've noticed GPUs are getting pricey, and you could definitely find a slightly lower-performing one for way less unless you're aiming for the absolute latest titles on max settings. Plus, consider switching to a 2TB NVMe for storage. It's a good amount and you can always add external storage later for backups if needed, unless you definitely need that much storage right now.
Your part list was set to private, but once you updated it, I could see it. Don’t forget that you can fine-tune things like your graphics card or motherboard choices to save a bit without impacting your gaming experience too much!
Thanks for the heads up! I've made the list public now.
