Help! C: Drive is Still Locked After Suspending BitLocker

I'm having a real issue with my C: Drive after trying to switch from Intel Rapid Storage to AHCI on my Dell G5 5000 running Windows 11. All I initially wanted to do was make that change, so I suspended BitLocker protection on my C: Drive to avoid any conflicts during the boot mode adjustment. After suspending BitLocker, I restarted my computer only to be met with a login error message saying my PIN isn't available and I can't use my password either! Wi-Fi was out, and even connecting directly via Ethernet didn't help. When I tried to reset my PIN, the window would just flicker away immediately. I ventured into Command Prompt in Windows RE to check the volume status, but it says it's locked, and my recovery key won't unlock it. I've already tried all sorts of fixes: disabling and re-enabling secure boot, running sfc /scannow (which found and repaired bad files), and even a system restore. Nothing seems to work! With important files on this drive for a project, I'm feeling pretty desperate and frustrated. This BitLocker experience has been a total nightmare, and I'm seriously regretting using it in the first place. Any suggestions on how to get my drive and files back?
