I'm currently facing a major issue where my entire Microsoft organization, including all global admin accounts, has gone completely unresponsive. We're getting this error message: "No methods available. Your organization requires that you register additional authentication methods, but no supported methods are currently enabled for your account. Ask your admin to enable more authentication methods for you to select, or tell them to register one or more methods for you." Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions for fixing it? I've heard I'm not alone in this situation.

It sounds like it might be similar to the process of taking over a tenant. If you’ve already contacted Microsoft, just be prepared to wait a bit for a response.
I’m experiencing something similar; some of us can’t see the MFA methods in the Security Info section either. It seems like there’s a widespread issue going on.
This is a Severity A (Critical) incident for Microsoft, so rest assured their top engineers are working to resolve it with high priority. It’s a serious situation.
Just take a breather—make a coffee and relax. It’s frustrating, but unfortunately, this one’s out of your control. Hopefully, Microsoft will fix the problem soon.
We raised a case with Microsoft, and they’ve confirmed they’re aware of the authentication issues. They’re urgently investigating the root cause and trying to come up with a resolution quickly.
Thanks for the update! Hoping they resolve it soon.
