I'm having trouble with the Windows update KB5063060. After it downloaded completely, my PC prompted me to reinstall it upon reboot. Now it fails to install every time and gives me the error code 0x800f0900. Does anyone know how to fix this?

That sounds frustrating! I had a similar issue before and had to reformat my drive in the end. Hope it doesn't come to that! Also, after fixing my initial issue, I started getting a kernel-power error, which was a headache too.
You might want to try opening the command prompt as an administrator. Run these commands:
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
sfc /scannow
If that doesn't work, consider using Sysnative SFCFix. However, if all else fails, you might end up needing to reinstall your OS.
I had a rough time with this update as well. You mentioned the kernel-power error—did you manage to resolve it? It's common after certain updates, but if your PC is randomly restarting, it might be a different issue that needs debugging.
