I'm using an HP 250 15.6 Inch G9 Notebook PC and connecting to a LAN using a USB 3.0 Gigabit Ethernet adapter because my laptop doesn't have a built-in LAN port. The weird thing is that the adapter works fine when the charger isn't plugged in, but as soon as I connect the charger, the LAN keeps flashing and disconnecting. It's really frustrating! Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this? I can provide more details if needed. Thanks!

It sounds like your charger might be causing power fluctuations that interfere with your USB port. If the voltage is unstable, it could disrupt the connection to the LAN adapter. You might want to check your voltage consistency—maybe using a power regulator could stabilize it? That helped for me in the past.
How can I check the voltage consistency?
