Best Motherboard and CPU Combo for PCIe 4.0 Upgrade

I'm looking to upgrade my PC setup using PC Part Picker, and I need some advice on the right motherboard for my new Intel Core i5-12400F CPU. Currently, I have an i7-6700 that doesn't support PCIe 4.0, and I want to make sure my new build can handle it. Also, I own a GTX 1080 GPU and I'm planning to use a Western Digital 2TB SN850X NVMe SSD that supports PCIe 4.0. I'm considering getting an additional stick of the same RAM I already have, which is a Corsair CMV16GX4M1A2133C15 (DDR4-2133). I mainly use my PC for gaming, particularly titles like PUBG and Resident Evil, as well as Stable Diffusion XL. Ideally, I want to keep my total cost under €150 for the motherboard. Is PCIe 4.0 really crucial for my build, and what motherboard should I choose? I'm open to all suggestions!

I recommend checking out the MSI PRO B760-P WIFI DDR4 or, if you're okay switching to DDR5, the Gigabyte B760 GAMING X AX. Both are solid choices!

Thanks for the suggestions! Do you think going for DDR5 might be a better long-term investment since the prices are close?
