Hey everyone! I'm not super tech-savvy, but I'm really stuck here. I recently factory reset my MSI Cyborg 15 A12VF due to a virus, and now I can't connect to my WiFi. I had to set up a local account and bypass networking during the process because there was no WiFi access. To make matters worse, I can't connect to my device via Bluetooth, and my WiFi driver (WiFi 6 AX201 160MHz) seems to be corrupted. I accidentally deleted the driver upgrades and now I can't get them back. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You're going to need to head over to MSI's website and look up your laptop model to download the latest Wi-Fi driver for Windows 11. I also suggest checking for any BIOS updates while you're there. Once you've done that, you can try going to Windows Update, clicking 'Advanced Options,' and toggling on updates for other Microsoft products to see if there are any updates you can grab. It'll help out, trust me!
How can I access the MSI website if I don't have an internet connection right now? Bluetooth isn't working for me either, as my phone can't connect to the laptop, and I don't have an Ethernet cable! Any tips?
