What are some good network monitoring tools for large setups?

I'm currently using the free version of PRTG at my company. It was set up long before I joined, and it has some significant issues. We're managing over 150 sites, so I'm looking for a more reliable and cost-effective alternative, preferably something free or low-cost. Any recommendations?

Zabbix might be your best bet. We've been using it and it works well for us. It's pretty resource-friendly compared to PRTG, which started to lag behind as we scaled up.

I also recommend Zabbix! It’s getting some exciting updates; I heard they’re adding Netflow capabilities soon, which should enhance its functionality even more.

That sounds great! Having Netflow integrated would be super helpful. I've been using it with my other setups, and it's awesome.
