Why Are There Green Pixels After Installing My New GPU?

I recently upgraded my graphics card from a 3060 to a 7900xtx, and everything seemed to go smoothly during the installation. I used DDU to get rid of the old drivers and installed the new ones without any issues. However, when I powered on my PC, I noticed these annoying green flashing pixels covering my screen. I've tried using DDU again for a fresh driver install, but that didn't help. I've also switched between three different cables and two monitors, and I've reseated the GPU along with all its connections. Sometimes the issue goes away, especially after launching a game, but it comes back after a restart. I could really use some advice on how to resolve this issue!

What motherboard do you have? Also, what kind of power supply are you using? Those can definitely impact performance, especially with a powerful GPU like the 7900xtx.

I have a B650M Gaming Plus Wifi and my PSU is an Inwin P105II 1050W 80+ Platinum.

Was your new GPU new or used when you bought it? Sometimes defects happen, and it sounds like there might be a possibility that the GPU could be faulty.

Yeah, I bought it brand new.
