I recently upgraded to a Gigabyte B650 Eagle AX Rev. 1.2 motherboard, Ryzen 7 7800X3D, and 32GB of Corsair Vengeance DDR5-6000, while keeping my RX 6800 XT, storage, and Seasonic GX-850 PSU. The system boots normally after I change the RAM configuration, but after restarting or shutting down and powering it back on, it fails with a blank screen and the motherboard's DRAM diagnostic light. This happens consistently whether I use A2/B2, a single stick in A2, or a single stick in B2. The only way to get it working again is to change the memory arrangement and try booting once more. The BIOS detects the memory at its default 4800 MT/s, and EXPO has never been enabled. I've updated the BIOS, tried several memory configurations, checked the CPU socket and cooler installation, and disabled the X3D turbo option. Could this be a hardware fault, or is there another AM5 memory setting I should change?

Check the BIOS setting called Memory Context Restore. It can sometimes cause AM5 systems to fail on the next boot after memory training. Try disabling it and saving the settings; the system may take longer to start because it will retrain the memory each time, but it should avoid getting stuck with the DRAM light.
