Is anyone else seeing Azure, Entra, and Intune portals repeatedly go down and come back up? Reports so far mention Australia and New Zealand, including problems accessing the Australia East region. Some pages load briefly before failing again, and the issue may be affecting other Microsoft services too. Has anyone confirmed whether this is a regional outage or a connectivity/DNS problem?

Seeing the same thing in New Zealand. The portal is currently inaccessible from here.
There appears to be a broader Microsoft service issue in the region, with multiple services showing elevated reports. Connectivity through a mobile hotspot seems somewhat better for some people, so DNS or an ISP path could also be involved, but it doesn’t look isolated to one organization.
Azure, Entra, and Intune have been intermittently available in Australia. They’ll partially load, then disappear again, and refreshing only helps temporarily.
I’m seeing it from Australia as well, so it may be affecting the wider Asia-Pacific region.
