Are Microsoft 365 services having an outage right now?

Is anyone else seeing problems with Microsoft 365? I'm unable to access some SharePoint resources and I'm trying to determine whether this is part of a broader service issue or something specific to my environment.

Yes, there’s an active Microsoft incident, MO1456424. Some users may be unable to search for content in SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Outlook on the web, or the Outlook desktop app. The impact appears limited to users connected through affected infrastructure, so availability may vary by location and user.

Copilot is affected for us too—it just returns “Something went wrong. Try again.”

One user couldn’t access their mailbox through desktop Outlook, and Outlook on the web returned a 500 error. Outlook Mobile continued to work. Another user reported that desktop Outlook stopped syncing until a reboot, after which mail downloaded normally.

It’s not universal. Several people in the Midwest and on the East Coast reported that everything was working normally, while others in the UK and elsewhere were seeing problems. The service status and admin center are worth checking before changing anything locally.

We’re seeing intermittent slowness as well. Some menus aren’t loading, and there have also been problems with Entra and Conditional Access. It doesn’t appear to affect every user or region, though.
