Several administrators started reporting yesterday that the Microsoft Admin Center and Exchange Admin Center were rendering incorrectly or missing options. The Help & Support button also does nothing, and the Groups section fails to load. Microsoft has acknowledged the problem under Issue ID MO1458193. Is anyone else seeing this, particularly in GCC tenants?

I was able to sign in through the Microsoft service hub and use the emergency support numbers. I expected to open a ticket there, but it redirected me back to the Admin Center, which was still not working.
I spent about an hour checking our Conditional Access policies before noticing the service alert. We're on a standard commercial tenant, so this may not be limited to GCC, although GCC environments seem to be seeing more of the impact.
Yes, we're seeing the same thing in a GCC tenant. Groups won't load in either the Admin Center or Exchange Admin Center. Our GCC High tenant appears unaffected so far.
Hopefully Microsoft gets it fixed quickly. Groups have been unavailable since yesterday.
