I'm new to building PCs and want to reduce the cable-management hassle. Are there thick, combined, sleeved, or replacement cables I can buy that would consolidate the connections and make the inside of the case cleaner?

Custom or sleeved cables can improve the appearance and sometimes make routing easier, but they usually cost more and don’t reduce how many connections you have to manage. For a normal build, the cables included with a good modular power supply are usually fine.
Replacement cables generally won’t eliminate the cable-management work. You’ll still need the motherboard 24-pin cable, the CPU power cable, and the required GPU power cables. Extensions can make the wiring look cleaner, but they add length rather than reducing the number of cables.
Some power supplies bundle their cables inside a single outer sleeve, which can look tidier. The tradeoff is that thicker sleeved cables can be stiffer and harder to bend, so they may not actually make installation easier. Wireless or daisy-chained fans can reduce a few extra wires, but the difference is fairly small.
So it’s better not to replace the original power-supply cables?
