I'm planning a gaming PC with an AMD Ryzen 5 9600X, ASUS Prime GeForce RTX 5060 OC 8GB, 32GB of Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5-5200 CL40 memory, a Crucial P310 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD, a Thermalright Aqua Elite AM5-compatible AIO, a GIGABYTE B850 AM5 motherboard, a Corsair RM750e 750W Gold modular PSU, and a Montech XR mid-tower case. Will everything work together, and are there any parts I should reconsider for better value or performance?

If you don’t specifically need 32GB right now, one possible adjustment is using a cheaper 16GB 2x8GB kit and putting the savings toward a stronger graphics card, such as an RTX 5060 Ti 16GB or Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB. More VRAM should help the system age better in newer games. You can always upgrade to 32GB later, although make sure the replacement memory has a sensible speed and timings rather than simply choosing the cheapest kit.
The parts should be compatible overall, assuming the specific GIGABYTE B850 board supports the features you need and fits the case. The bigger issue is value: the build works, but some components aren’t especially strong for the money. The 9600X, AM5 board, 750W PSU, and case are reasonable choices, while the memory and graphics card are the areas I’d examine most closely.

Which parts would you recommend changing first?
