I'm looking for a monitor priced below ₹15,000 because I also want to upgrade my laptop's RAM from 16 GB to 24 GB, bringing the total spending to roughly ₹22,000–₹23,000. I was considering the Lenovo Legion 27Q-10, a 27-inch 240 Hz monitor, but it costs around ₹19,000, which is over my budget. My laptop has a 12th-generation Intel Core i7, an RTX 4060 with 8 GB VRAM, 16 GB RAM, and a 140 Hz display. What monitor would you recommend for gaming and general use?

Since your laptop already has an RTX 4060, a 1440p high-refresh-rate monitor makes more sense than focusing only on 240 Hz. You may not reach 240 FPS in every game at 1440p, while a good 165–180 Hz IPS monitor should provide a better balance of image quality, performance, and price.
The MSI MAG 275QF is worth considering. It has a 27-inch 1440p IPS panel with a 180 Hz refresh rate and can often be found around ₹15,000. It should pair well with an RTX 4060 laptop, especially if you connect it through DisplayPort or a suitable USB-C-to-DisplayPort adapter.

That makes sense. I mainly want a monitor that feels like a clear upgrade from my laptop’s 140 Hz screen without spending too much.
