I bought an inexpensive TV from Walmart, but I misplaced the remote before finishing the initial setup. The setup screen blocks anything connected through HDMI, and plugging a keyboard into USB doesn't seem to do anything. Is there another way to complete the setup without the original remote, or do I need to replace it?

Check the sides, underside, or back of the TV for physical buttons. Many sets have buttons for power, menu, input, volume, and navigating basic setup screens, though the controls can be limited.
The easiest solution is usually a universal remote that supports your TV’s brand. A replacement remote can also be ordered using the model number from the TV’s label or manual. Once the remote is paired or programmed, you should be able to finish the setup normally.
