My boyfriend pays for Apple TV+ so I can watch Severance. He uses a Samsung phone, but the subscription is connected to an old Apple Account. I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max, and we're currently traveling away from home. When I open the Apple TV app, I don't see a way to sign in with a different account without signing out of my own Apple media account. Is there a way to use his subscription on my phone without disrupting everything else on my iPhone?

The Apple TV app generally uses the Apple Account signed in under Media & Purchases. You may be able to sign out of that section and sign in with his account, but you shouldn’t need to sign out of iCloud or erase anything. Just be aware that switching Media & Purchases accounts can be inconvenient, especially if you have downloads or purchases tied to your own account.
The cleaner option is Apple Family Sharing. If he sets up a family group and adds your Apple Account, an eligible Apple TV+ subscription can be shared with you without giving you his login. He may need access to an Apple device or Apple’s account-management tools to configure it, even though he uses Android.
Since he only subscribed so you could watch one show, the simplest short-term workaround might be watching it on the device where his account is already signed in. Otherwise, try the Family Sharing route before switching accounts on your iPhone.
