Did I Only Receive Part of the Windows 11 26H2 Update?

I'm running Windows 11 IoT Enterprise on what I believe is the general release channel. After updating to 26H2, I received the new movable taskbar, but I don't see the customizable Start menu or context-menu customization options. Are these features being rolled out separately, or is something unusual about my installation?

That can be normal. Windows features are often enabled in stages, even after the main update has installed. Different editions, regions, and device configurations may receive individual features at different times, so getting the movable taskbar doesn’t necessarily mean every 26H2 feature is active yet.

Some unreleased or gradually enabled features can be forced with tools such as ViVeTool, but that requires knowing the correct feature identifiers and can be risky. If you only want to know whether the partial rollout is expected, waiting for the remaining features through Windows Update is the safer approach.

I’m not looking to enable anything manually—I mainly wanted to confirm whether receiving only some of the features is expected.

It may be worth checking the Personalization > Start page in Settings to see exactly which options are available on your IoT Enterprise installation. Enterprise editions can have different feature availability or policies compared with regular consumer editions.
